You are correct; most of the 2-bike carriers have a max weight capacity of 60lbs per bike. I usually recommend removing the battery or any other mounted accessories that can be removed to save weight. You could use the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # SA4412B-FB which has a 60lb per bike capacity and fits up go 5" wide tires.
